Constança Cordeiro

Constança is a Portuguese bartender and bar owner. Lisbon born and raised, Constança entered the industry almost 15 years ago. In 2011 she reaches the Ritz Carlton where she discovers the bar and her passion for it. Moved to London in 2013 to pursue and grow her bartending career. After 3 years working in London’s hectic and exigent bar scene, and two years as bar manager of Peg & Patriot, she came back to Lisbon in 2017 to open her own company, Sereia Campestre, and her first bar, Toca da Raposa.

Flash forward 6 years, Sereia Campestre owns two of the most prominent bars in Portugal’s bar scene: Toca da Raposa and Uni Cocktail. Additionally, Constança also hosts cocktail foraging workshops around Monsanto (Lisbon’s biggest natural park), and does bar consultancies for a number of restaurants around Lisbon (e.g., Rooftop bar of Myriad SANA hotel in Lisbon, Kappo Cascais, Sem, Café Janis and Costa Fria, to name a few).
