UNI

UNI cocktail bar first opened on the 1^st of December 2022. It only sits 9 people. It is a small, conceptual, and minutely performing bar. It has white curtains covering all the walls, giving it a cloud-like atmosphere, complemented by a pale yellow and rose ceiling. In the middle, sits a three squared meter bar, that looks like a volcanic rock, with a beautifully polished and mirrored stainless steel bartop.

The term UNI comes from Uni flavour, meaning unity of flavour. This translates into the cocktails of UNI, which are composed of 10 to 15 ingredients that join together in harmony to create that unity of flavour. In other words, each cocktail has its own flavour profile, created by itself. The inspiration for the bar came from Constança’s will to create something new and different, an idea she had during the pandemic. Something that hasn’t been done before and that isn’t inspired by the work of others. In order to do so, Constança dove into her own creativity and imagination to create this long awaited beast of a bar and concept, that is UNI.
